Allen Shulman

Allen Shulman has been working in the industry since 1995. Allen began their career as President of Northstar Homes, Incorporated, where they built one-of-a-kind custom homes and additions on Chicago's North Shore. In 2011, they became President/Co-Founder of BrightNest, a free and secure website that educates, empowers, and inspires homeowners to maintain and improve their homes and their lives. In 2013, they began working at Angie's List as Director of Channel Partnerships, Director of Service Provider Experience, and Director of Business Development. In 2014, they became an Advisor for SPEX - The Property Inspection Platform, which simplifies the inspections process. In 2017, they became Co-founder/CEO of DwellSocial, which aggregates demand for great food from restaurants that are too far away to offer regular delivery.

Allen Shulman attended Okemos High School from 1978 to 1982. Allen then attended UC San Diego from 1982 to 1986. Finally, they attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they obtained their JD, from 1989 to 1992.
