Kate Lorenz, ACC, is an intercultural and inclusion trainer, coach, and mentor with nearly 20 years of experience supporting organizations in navigating cultural diversity throughout the APAC region. As the founder of Woven, Kate specializes in tailored training, coaching, and mentoring programs aimed at enhancing cultural competence and inclusive leadership. Following an impactful tenure co-founding Ark Shanghai, which grew into a leading relocation and real estate business, Kate has continued to offer operational guidance at Dwellworks after its acquisition of Ark in 2018. Additionally, Kate conducts intercultural training across China and Hong Kong and has received recognition as Trainer of the Year from IOR Global Services in 2018 and 2019.
