Ioana-Roxana Salanta

Ioana-Roxana Salanta has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Translator at SC GYL SRL, where they were responsible for dealing with emails and phone calls, as well as participating in an international exhibition in Italy to interact with potential customers and encourage contracts.

In 2016, Salanta joined McDonald's as a Crew Trainer, a role they held until 2017. Subsequently, they worked as a Marketing & SEO Intern at GForces from June 2017 to July 2018.

In 2018, Salanta took on the role of Waiting Staff at Bistrot Pierre from September 2018 to March 2019. Ioana-Roxana also worked concurrently as a Junior SEO Executive at GForces from November 2018 to October 2019.

From April 2016 to May 2019, Salanta was a Student Ambassador at Coventry University, where they represented the institution and engaged with students.

In 2019, Salanta joined Biffa as an SEO & PPC Executive, a position they held until July 2021. Following this, they worked as the Founder of Digital Essence from October 2021 onwards.

Ioana-Roxana'smost recent role is as a Senior SEO Specialist at DWF, starting in May 2022.

Ioana-Roxana then went on to attend Coventry University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a BA in Business Management with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their degrees, Ioana-Roxana also obtained the CPD Certificate of Attendance & Learning Tool - Resilience Part 1 from Work Ready Graduates in February 2017, as well as the CAE certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment in January 2015.
