Alexandre Maltas

Alexandre Maltas is a Partner at DWF since November 2025 and has been a Partner at Whitelaw Twining since 2007. With extensive experience before all levels of the British Columbia Courts, as well as Alberta, Ontario, Federal Courts, the Tax Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals, Alexandre specializes in construction, commercial, and professional liability matters. Alexandre earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Ottawa and holds an Honours Bachelor's degree from Western University, where Alexandre was recognized as a Gold Medalist.
