Gerard Karp

Gerard Karp is a seasoned legal professional specializing in personal data protection, cyber security, and technology compliance. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of Personal Data Protection Cyber Security & Technology Compliance at DWF since October 2021, Gerard possesses extensive experience in the legal sector, having previously held the position of Partner and Head of TMT/IP & Data Protection at PwC Polska from October 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, Gerard was a Partner at Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland from January 2007 to September 2017 and worked as an Associate in the TMT department at White & Case in 2006. Gerard holds a Master's degree in Law from Jagiellonian University and has pursued additional legal studies at various prestigious institutions including Szkoła Prawa Francuskiego, Katholieke Universiteit Brussel, and Université d'Orléans.
