Carine Jean-Claude

Carine Jean-Claude is senior vice president and chief legal officer for Arrow Electronics, Inc., with responsibility for leading global legal matters including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and business support at the operational level.

Jean-Claude previously served as chief compliance officer and vice president, legal affairs for Arrow Electronics since 2017. She joined Arrow in 2000 and served in roles of increasing legal and compliance responsibility. Prior to joining Arrow, Ms. Jean-Claude worked for the law firms of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson in New York City, and Edwards & Angell in Boston.

Jean-Claude holds a juris doctorate from Boston University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in finance from New York University.
