Carole Arribes

Carole Arribes is a Partner at DWF, specializing in Corporate, M&A, and Commercial law, with a focus on the Energy, Projects, and Retail sectors. Previously, Carole served as an Attorney/Counsel in the Corporate Finance and Energy Group at Hogan Lovells from 1994 to 2007, and held positions at notable firms including Winston & Strawn LLP and Clyde & Co. Carole completed a DESS in Corporate Law and a DJCE in International Business from Aix-Marseille University and obtained a Bar Exam at EFB Paris. Carole has also gained valuable experience through various secondments, including roles at Amazon and Alstom.
