Iftakhar Khan is an experienced finance and tax professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Finance & Tax at DWF, where they lead the Group’s M&A program and manage financing requirements and the group tax team. Previously, Iftakhar managed the international tax affairs at Lucite International and advised on tax structuring and due diligence projects at KPMG, covering diverse sectors such as real estate and retail. They started their career in KPMG's Audit department, overseeing audits for notable clients. Iftakhar holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
