Currently, Mark serves as the Director of the Chambers Ranked Tier 1 Regulatory, Compliance and Investigations team at DWF in Leeds, where they provide advice and representation to businesses, directors, and individuals facing regulatory investigations and prosecutions. Previously, Mark was a Partner at M&A Solicitors, handling various criminal defence cases, and started their legal career at Harrowell Shaftoe after completing their training contract.
