Tara Hare

Tara Hare possesses extensive experience in audit and compliance roles, currently serving as Lead Auditor at DWF since July 2009, where responsibilities include managing the annual audit program, conducting file reviews, and delivering training on Quality Management procedures. Previously held positions include Audit Manager and Internal Audit Manager at Northern, focusing on internal controls and risk management, as well as serving as Programme Support Officer at the Legal Services Commission. Transitioning to a new role as Audit & Risk Transition Manager at DfT Operator in January 2025, Tara has also contributed to operational excellence through successful integration of mergers and development of performance metrics. In a concurrent role as Audit and Compliance Manager at Amazon Logistics, responsibilities include conducting audits and ensuring compliance with safety and contractual standards.
