Lena Nazarian joined Dwight Capital in 2020 to oversee asset management and construction servicing of the company’s portfolio. Lena has over 18 years of experience in various aspects of portfolio management, housing development and finance. She has specialized in the acquisition and development of multifamily rental housing and offers extensive experience with complex projects financed with low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), bonds and multiple funding sources.
Prior to joining Dwight, Lena headed the asset management division at Love Funding and served in both project management and asset management roles for a nationally recognized housing authority, The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC).
Lena is a HUD designated Construction Loan Administrator (CLA) and has been working primarily with FHA loans since 2013. She graduated with honors from American University with a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude.
