Susan Monaco

Susan Monaco is currently the Managing Director and FHA Chief Underwriter at Dwight Capital. With prior experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Hunt Mortgage Group, Beech Street Capital, Wells Fargo Bank, Apollo Housing Capital, Rent Ready, Equity Residential, and CRI, Inc., Susan has extensive experience in underwriting multifamily loans, specializing in new construction and loans with tax credits. Susan holds a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia and is also a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
