Richa Rathore

Richa Rathore is an accomplished technology professional with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as a Manager and Advisory System Analyst at IBM since February 2016, Richa has previously held positions including Technical Analyst at Fiserv and Senior Software Engineer at GalaxE.Solutions, where responsibilities included requirement analysis, design, and testing. Richa began the career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to development and enhancements while also training colleagues in COBOL/400 and SYNON. Richa holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway, completed in 2007, and attended Saraswati Vidya Mandir Higher Secondary School Bareilly.
