Sampson Coe

Sampson Coe is an experienced Project Coordinator and Assistant Property Manager at A.J. Dwoskin & Associates since June 2011, where responsibilities include compiling and analyzing metrics for contract bidding and managing tenant documentation. Additionally, Sampson serves as a Customer Service Representative for The BARS Program since May 2010, ensuring alcohol and tobacco compliance at numerous client sites daily while handling scheduling and reporting. As a Stagehand with IATSE Local 22 since July 2008, Sampson assembles audio-visual equipment and conducts set construction for concerts across the DC area, adapting to varied supervisory styles. Earlier experience includes general bookkeeping and customer service as an Office Assistant at Stone Temple Institute. Sampson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from William & Mary, completed in 2011.
