Aaron Reed

Aaron Reed is an experienced resource manager currently employed at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since March 2014. Prior to this role, Aaron worked as a Shift Manager Lead on a contracting basis at NHS Direct and held the position of Real-time Manager at EE from February 2011 to August 2013. Aaron began a career in telecommunications at T-Mobile, serving as a Senior Planning and MI Analyst and Senior Incident Manager from November 2004 to February 2011, after working as an IT Incident Management Analyst at one2one from 2001 to 2003. Aaron holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
