Alexander Nash has extensive experience in data analysis and customer experience, currently serving in multiple roles at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since December 2014, including Data Specialist, Customer Experience Insight Specialist, Customer Experience Data Analyst, CSAT Data Co-Ordinator, and Customer Support Agent. Prior to this, Alexander worked at Serco as part of the Red Alert Recovery Team from October 2013 to November 2014. Alexander holds a National Diploma for IT Practitioners from Ystrad Mynach College, completed between 2008 and 2010.
