Caroline Garnett

Caroline Garnett is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Senior Financial Reporting Accountant at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since September 2023. Previously, Caroline held the position of Head of Finance at Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales from February 2012 to September 2023. As Finance Director/Deputy Chief Executive at 2Care from April 2004 to September 2011, Caroline played a crucial role in navigating a merger with a larger charity, overseeing the transition of finance and IT functions, and identifying significant cost savings. Caroline's earlier experiences include positions at Merlin, IPPF, and UHY Hacker Young, where foundational skills as an Audit Supervisor and Finance Officer were developed. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Open University and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford.
