Dale Webster

Dale Webster is an experienced business analyst currently employed at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since February 2014, where the focus includes turning business needs into deliverable requirements. Previous roles at the same organization include technical analyst, with responsibilities involving the implementation of DevOps/Agile/Lean methodologies through automation projects, and service asset and configuration management analyst, dedicated to designing and managing the corporate CMS in accordance with the ITIL v3 framework. Prior to this, Dale served as configuration manager and configuration analyst at CGI from January 2011 to January 2014, managing complex configuration management databases (CMDB), coordinating analysts, and developing processes and reporting tools. Dale holds a BSc in Business Management from Cardiff University.
