Emma Harris has extensive experience in the water management and engineering field. Emma started their career as a researcher at the University of Bradford and then moved on to roles at Hyder Consulting and Arcadis, where they served as a Director leading teams in various aspects of water management and engineering. Since 2013, they have been working at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, initially as a Pollution Strategy Manager and then as a Data & Risk Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Smart Hub.
Emma Harris obtained a PhD in Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Y Pant Comprehensive, but no specific degree or field of study information was provided for this educational experience.
