Huw Williams

Huw Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and DevOps engineering. Currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since October 2014, Huw has worked on various projects, including the Service Design and early life support for a new customer relationship management system and a Cisco VPN rollout for 1200 users. Prior to this role, Huw worked at ING Direct as a Service Desk Analyst from February 2005 to October 2014, where support was provided for 700 users across a domain environment with expertise in desktops running Windows XP/7 and Office 2003/2010.
