Jamie Coward has been with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since January 2009, holding various IT-related positions such as Head of Cloud & IT Operations, Desktop & Mobile Lead, and Technical Project Manager. Prior to that, Jamie was with Morgan Sindall and AMEC in different roles related to IT and business applications. Jamie has a strong background in managing day-to-day IT operations, delivering technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality service for desktop and mobile services.
