Luis Priegue Molinos

Luis Priegue Molinos has a diverse work experience. Luis started their career as a Researcher at Universidade da Coruña, where they focused on marine experimental research and project management. Luis then joined Cardiff University as a PhD Student, where they gained extensive engineering experience in designing and modelling vertical axis tidal turbines. Alongside their studies, they also worked as an Assistant Teacher. Currently, they are employed at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, serving as the River and Coastal Modelling Lead. Prior to this role, they worked as an Energy Analyst, taking ownership of the energy investment program and acting as a client for capital delivery teams.

Luis Priegue Molinos earned their M. Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Universidade da Coruña in the years 2006 to 2011. In addition, they also studied as a Civil Engineer at the University of Stuttgart from 2009 to 2010.
