Pete O'Hanlon has a diverse work experience. Pete started their career at New Law Solicitors as a Junior Litigator in 2008 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, initially as a BIS Graduate before taking on roles such as Project Lead, HR Programme Manager, and Customer Strategy Project Manager. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Head of Delivery, Customer Strategy, before transitioning to their current position as the Head of Vulnerable Customer Support and Digital Services at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water.
Pete O'Hanlon completed their education at the University of Leicester. From 2004 to 2007, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography. Later, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Pete obtained qualifications in Customer Service Strategy from The Institute of Customer Service in August 2019, ITIL V3 Foundation (year and institution unknown) in January 2014, and Prince 2 Practitioner from APMG-International in June 2013.
