Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water
Phillip Albinus is a Water Asset Engineer at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since January 2020. Prior to this, Phillip worked at HM Forces for over a decade in various roles including British Armed Forces - Welder/Fabricator Sergeant. Phillip also has experience as an Engineering Manufacture Production Manager. Phillip completed education at Llanishen High School from 1999 to 2004.
