Renuka Selvaraj

Renuka Selvaraj has a range of experience in the IT field. Renuka started their career as a Java Developer at Aspire Infotech in 2004 and stayed there until 2006. Following that, they worked as a Test Analyst at LSA Recruit from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they joined NHS as a QA Automation Engineer and later became a Software Test Lead until 2019. Since 2019, Renuka has been working at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, where they have held multiple positions including UAT Lead, BAU & Performance Test Lead/Manager, Cloud Transformation Test Lead/Manager, and currently the role of Technical Delivery Lead.

Renuka Selvaraj completed their Master of Science in Information Technology Project Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the University of Madras from 1999 to 2003. Renuka also holds additional certifications in various areas of software testing and automation, including Tricentis NeoLoad Fundamentals in Performance Testing, Automation Specialist Level 1, Tosca SAP Testing Specialist Level 1 and 2, and intermediate certificates in software testing. Additionally, they are certified by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, in ISTQB ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level. Renuka also holds the Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD) certification from Java Developer. Renuka also pursued a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, although the specific timeframe is unknown.
