Lorraine Fleming

Lorraine Fleming is an experienced Senior Ophthalmologist at Dick White Referrals Limited since September 2020 and a Veterinary Ophthalmologist at Grove Referrals since November 2004. With a long-standing career in veterinary ophthalmology, Lorraine has been providing referral services and continuing professional development through Eye Know How Ltd. since 1990. Previously, Lorraine held the position of Head of Ophthalmology at Animal Health Trust from October 2015 to September 2020, after serving as a veterinary ophthalmologist there from 1993 to 2004, focusing on both clinical and research areas. Lorraine's extensive training includes a fellowship in Wound Healing at the Institute of Ophthalmology, UCL, and a Duphar Fellowship in Feline Medicine at the University of Bristol. Education was completed at the Royal Veterinary College, earning a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine, following earlier studies at Dover Grammar School for Girls.
