Alexander Oswatitsch

Alexander Oswatitsch is an experienced finance professional specializing in real estate debt. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Portfolio Management for Real Estate Debt at DWS Group since March 2015, Alexander manages the European real estate debt fund business and seeks investment opportunities across the continent. Previously, Alexander worked as a Senior Vice President at BAWAG P.S.K., focusing on commercial real estate debt and special situations, and held the role of Associate Director at Hypo Real Estate Bank International, where Alexander led the underwriting and execution of substantial commercial real estate loans. Earlier experience includes an analyst position at Mercer Management Consulting, where Alexander contributed to strategy development in corporate real estate. Alexander holds a Dipl.-Kfm. in Finance & Real Estate from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
