Hepsen Uzcan

Hepsen Uzcan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles in the financial services and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at DWS Group since May 2003, Hepsen leads the DWS Americas CEO Office and oversees product management in the Americas. Additionally, Hepsen holds several board positions, including Member of the Board of Directors at DWS USA Corporation, Member of the Board of Trustees at ICI Mutual Insurance Company, Director on the Board of NYSE: CEE, EEA and GF, and Board Member of Episcopal Charities of New York, which supports numerous local programs assisting those in need. With a commitment to mentorship through W.O.M.E.N. In America and as the Founder of SempreLei, Hepsen also has a robust academic background with a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and multiple degrees from prestigious institutions including the Rochester Institute of Technology and Harvard Law School.
