James Kerrison

James Kerrison is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications, brand management, and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Director and Head of Internal Communications at DWS Group since December 2018, James has established the DWS Alumni Network and acts as a communications business partner for HR, Risk, Compliance, and Anti-Financial Crime. Previously, James held various communications roles at Deutsche Bank, including Vice President for the Risk Division, where responsibilities included advising the Risk ExCo and managing multimedia campaigns. James's earlier career at NatWest Group involved multiple managerial positions, successfully driving employee engagement initiatives and overseeing key communications projects. James earned a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
