Kai Iske

Kai Iske serves as the Head of Solution Architecture at DWS Group since July 2018, leading a team of data and solution architects to provide architectural guidance and establish best practices for the organization's data estate. Previously, Kai held the role of Head of Data Architecture, overseeing a team focused on data governance and solution architecture for data management. With a long tenure at DWS Holding & Services from January 2001 to June 2018, Kai served as Vice President, managing IT teams responsible for client reporting systems within Deutsche Asset Wealth Management, and as Assistant Vice President, taking on project management and development roles in client reporting systems. Early career experience includes working at Deutsche Bank Equity Research as an Associate, where Kai transitioned from a student temp to a full-time developer and project coordinator. Education includes a degree from Goethe University Frankfurt and attendance at Otto-Hahn-Schule in Hanau.
