Michelle Arendt

Michelle Arendt is an experienced professional in human resources and business management, currently serving as an HR Relationship Manager for Early Careers and previously as a Business Manager at DWS Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle spent nearly a decade at Deutsche Bank in various capacities including Change Project Manager, Executive Assistant to senior leaders in strategy and corporate banking, and Relationship Manager for Corporate Clients. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in BWL-Bank from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (2012-2015).
