Ralf Hudert

Ralf Hudert, CIPM, holds significant expertise in performance analytics and consultancy, currently serving as Head of Performance Solutions at DWS Group since March 2011, where responsibilities include platform migration and the development of new performance analysis methods. Previously, Ralf held the role of Head of Performance Measurement at DWS Group from March 2006 to 2011, focusing on performance calculations, outperformance fees, and ensuring GIPS compliance. Ralf's earlier experience includes a position at Deutsche Bank from January 1997 to February 2006, where responsibilities encompassed business area controlling for foreign exchange and market conformity checks. Ralf began the professional journey as a Financial Controller at HUK-COBURG from January 1994 to December 1996, emphasizing financial planning and management reporting. Ralf's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Augsburg.
