Sebastian Schiele

Sebastian Schiele is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and sales. Currently serving as the Global Head of Xtrackers Mandates & Solutions Sales at DWS Group since August 2017, Sebastian specializes in providing tailored passive investment solutions. Prior roles include leading Xtrackers Mandates Sales for EMEA & APAC and overseeing passive institutional mandates and exchange-traded product structuring. Previously, Sebastian worked at Deutsche Bank from August 2009 to August 2017, focusing on ETF and ETC structuring, sales, and institutional debt sales. Earlier career experiences include consulting for asset management at McKinsey & Company and internships at LBBW and Dresdner Bank. Sebastian holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a B.A. hons in Economics from the University of Cooperative Education Stuttgart.
