Uwe Kaiser

Uwe Kaiser has extensive experience in human resources at Deutsche Bank AG, where involvement began in 1995 and has progressed to the position of HR COO Germany since 2006, overseeing all infrastructure topics within the HR division for the bank in Germany. Prior roles at Deutsche Bank included HR COO and Business Manager for HR Firm, managing internal functions and developing financial models in anticipation of unit outsourcing, along with leading the implementation of a global HR management system, PeopleSoft. Uwe Kaiser holds an Executive Program degree in Strategic HR Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Financing and Tax Law from Universität Siegen, complemented by earlier training as a Bankkaufmann and an Abitur from Privates Gymnasium Maria Königin Lennestadt.
