Marc Turco has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Marc currently holds the role of Vice President of Manufacturing at both Dwyer Instruments and OMEGA Engineering, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Johnson Controls from 2014 to 2023, holding various positions such as Executive Director, Director Global Manufacturing Operations Special Hazards, and Director, Global Manufacturing Operations Water & Mechanical Products. Marc also worked at Tyco from 2008 to 2013, serving as a Tyco Operational Excellence Leader and Director of Quality & Operational Excellence. Marc held the role of Vice President, Continuous Improvement at Quebecor World in 2008, and the role of Director, Six Sigma at Schneider Electric North America from 2006 to 2008. Before that, they worked at General Electric Water & Process Technologies as an Operations Leader, Global Master Black Belt, and Quality Process Manager from 2000 to 2006. Early in their career, they served as the Product & Process Engineering Manager at Tyrolit from 1995 to 2000.

Marc Turco has an M.S. in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Connecticut, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
