Matt Dougherty

Matt Dougherty has a strong background in engineering and technology management. Matt currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Dwyer Instruments since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Engineering Manager at the same company from April 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Dwyer Instruments, Matt worked for Carrier Corporation as the Director of Engineering Technology from 2016 to 2020, where they led global engineering teams in the development of embedded and HMI control systems for HVAC and transport refrigeration industries. Matt also has extensive experience at GE Energy Connections, Industrial Solutions, where they held various executive and managerial roles from 1993 to 2016. In these positions, they led global engineering teams, focused on driving innovation, and engaged with research centers and universities for circuit breaker innovation.
