Duncan Rickard

Duncan Rickard has over 19 years of work experience. Duncan started their career in 2002 as a General Sorter at TARGET EXPRESS/COLLEGE FREIGHT LTD. In 2004, they became a Customer Services Advisor at the same company. In 2006, they joined City Link as a Radio Operator, where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2021, Duncan worked at DX Group, starting as a Route Controller and progressing to Operations Manager, General Manager, Regional Director, and currently as the Operations Director.

Duncan Rickard attended Bridgewater High School from 1997 to 2002, where they studied for their GCSE qualification. After that, they went on to enroll at Appleton College from 2002 to 2004, focusing on History without pursuing a degree.
