Simon B. has extensive experience in various legal and leadership roles. Simon is currently serving as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at DX (Group) plc. Prior to this, they worked as an Interim Counsel at Arval BNP Paribas Group. Simon also has experience as an Interim General Counsel at Diamond Light Source and as the General Secretary at Motor Sports Association. In addition, they served as the Interim General Counsel at Unum UK and as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at ALICO UK. Simon has held positions such as Business Transformation Director, Regional General Counsel, Western Europe, and UK Legal and Compliance Director at ALICO UK. Simon has also worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Capital One and as a Solicitor at Denton Wilde Sapte. Simon started their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Beaumont and Son.

Simon B. obtained a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Exeter in 1991. In 1992, they pursued a Diploma in Law at The College of Law, and then completed a Legal Practice Course with Commendation in 1994. In 1997, Simon was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
