Sandy Rubinstein has been an integral part of DX since its inception fifteen years ago. First engaged as a consultant for the company on vision, offerings and structure, and then becoming a client of the agency at various companies. In 2009 Sandy joined DX as CMO after a long marketing career in both the entertainment business and with consumer brands. Her vast knowledge of both the marketing and media industry as well as organizational structure and P&L responsibilities made her the perfect choice to help bring the business to the next level. Over the following 10 years she assumed the role of CEO and purchased controlling interest. Under her tutelage DX has grown into a thriving and healthy business with a promising future. She manages all staff and all aspects of the company including: Account Management, New Business, Media Planning and Buying, Design, Data & Insights, Content, CRM, Development, IT, Long Term Planning, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Operations and Workflow Responsibilities. DXagency is certified both Women and Minority Owned and Sandy’s commentary has been featured in outlets including: The Today Show, Forbes, Latina Magazine, CNBC, Ad Age, 201 Magazine, NJBiz, Inc.com, American Express Forum, Consumer Reports, MediaVillage, Fast Company, the Huffington Post, Ad Week, Direct Marketing News, Entrepreneur, Noticiero 47, The New York Post, Financial Times, Crains, Small Business Journal, and Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls. Prior to joining Dxagency Sandy has held executive leadership marketing roles at Lifetime Television, TV Land and Nick at Nite, General Motors R*Works, Sci-Fi Channel, THE BOX Music Network and Polygram Latin America. With a deep belief in education and giving back to her community in 2012 Sandy was elected, and continues to serve as, a member of the Edgewater Board of Education, she sits on the Leonia Board of Education as the Edgewater representative, is a member of the University of Miami Business School Marketing Advisory Board, and Chair and Founder of the Edgewater Education Foundation who have donated over $200,000 to the Edgewater Schools. Additionally she is the Chair of Kids That Do Good.com a non-profit her children founded and run, a Women’s Philanthropy board member of the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, A Trustee at the Tenafly Nature Center, and a Gala Member of Jewish Family Services of Northern New Jersey. Born and raised in both Miami Beach and Santiago, Chile, Ms. Rubinstein is a graduate of the University of Miami. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, Mark and twin sons, Max and Jake.
