Toma Rusk

Toma Rusk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They have held various roles in different organizations, showcasing their skills in people and culture management, guest services, reservations management, and administrative support. Notably, Toma has served as the VP of People and Culture at DXKulture and DXagency, overseeing HR functions and creating a positive work environment. They have also directed the Guest Service Call Center and managed transportation operations at Resorts World Bimini. Prior to this, Toma worked as a Reservations Manager at both Trump National Doral, Miami and Resorts World Bimini. They have also founded their own company, TaskOutToma.com, where they provided virtual administrative support and personal assistant services. Toma's work experience also includes management positions in Lodging at the United States Air Force and the United States Army, as well as Revenue and Reservations Manager at Armed Forces Recreation Centers. Early in their career, Toma worked as an entertainer at Walt Disney World. Toma Rusk completed their education with a Diploma in high school from Osceola High School in the years 1986-1990. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Music Education & Choral Conducting from the University of Miami from 1990-1994. In 1998, Toma attended the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration for a Professional Development Program in Hospitality. Finally, they completed an Advanced Hospitality Management & Strategic Hospitality Leadership degree with a focus on Military Hospitality from Penn State University from 2004-2008.
