Christopher Charland

Christopher Charland is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in cloud operations and systems administration. Currently serving as the Global Cloud Operations AWS Technical Lead at DXC Technology since August 2017, Christopher is responsible for the acceptance of product offerings for AWS operations, leading upgrade projects, improving workflow, and developing operational standards. Previous roles at DXC include Service Delivery Manager and Information Technology Project Lead, where Christopher managed service delivery for AWS and Azure clients and focused on deploying Turbonomic across various clients. Earlier experience at CSC involved managing a 24x7 operations group supporting over 5,500 systems and mentoring a team to enhance efficiency. With a career starting in 1994, Christopher has held various technical positions across multiple organizations, including Level 3 Communications and BBN/GTE Internetworking. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
