Cindy Schlaufmann is an Agile Coach and Professional Coach with a strong background in the IT sector, having started their career as a developer at Sogeti from 2005 to 2010. They continued to grow in the field, taking on roles such as Technical Project Coordinator at Voith Engineering Services SARL and Transnational Project Manager at P3 Voith Aerospace until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Projects Manager at DXC Technology and expanded their expertise as an Agile Coach.
