Cornel Olariu has extensive experience in human resources and finance, having held various significant roles in multiple organizations. At Allianz-Tiriac Asigurari, Cornel served in several capacities, including HR Regional Coordinator and Head of HR Admin & Payroll, from April 2013 to March 2017. Subsequently, Cornel joined DXC Technology as Head of HR Personnel & Benefits & Payroll in February 2020. Prior to this, Cornel was a Senior HR Specialist at Group PPT Preturi Pentru Tine from August 2018 to January 2020. Cornel's career began as an Economist at SC Alfacon Proiect SRL Botoșani (July 1994 - July 1995). Currently, Cornel is the CEO and Co-founder of C&C Mind Academy, starting in September 2023. Academically, Cornel holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colegiul National "A.T.Laurian" Botoșani and a degree in Tourism and Commercial Management from Universitatea „Ștefan cel Mare” din Suceava.
