Debra Lumen

Debra Lumen, PMP, is a Senior Manager at DXC Technology, where they define and develop business and operational strategies for the BPO Claim Process. With a wealth of international experience, Debra previously served as a Global Project Manager at AIG, managing the deployment of a proprietary global claim system across multiple countries. Earlier in their career, Debra worked as an Information Technology Coordinator at Ashland, Inc., focusing on project management and process improvement. Debra holds a Master's degree in Management - Information Systems from New York University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in American Studies and Political Science at the State University of New York College at Brockport.
