Debra Rolston is a retired Enterprise Systems Architect with over 20 years of experience in IT Service Management systems, specializing in Asset, Configuration, and Finance Management. Most recently, they worked at DXC Technology, where they oversaw architectural integrity across 17 global ServiceNow instances supporting over 2 million users. Prior to that, they held various roles at Computer Sciences Corporation, including Global Service Management Architect and Project Manager, where they designed and implemented critical enterprise capabilities.
