Dick Steiner

Dick Steiner serves as the Vice President of Consulting & Engagement for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures at DXC Technology since December 2015, where responsibilities include leading the IT transformation resulting from the Xchanging/CSC merger and establishing a new advisory practice. Prior to this role, Dick Steiner held several senior positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from August 1992 to December 2015, including Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Operations, where leadership involved separating Hewlett-Packard into two independent companies, and managing the IT production environment for application management. Additionally, Dick Steiner's extensive experience encompasses roles focused on process automation, strategic outsourcing solutions, and infrastructure architecture, contributing significantly to the organization’s operational success. Dick Steiner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado.
