Galal Eltahan

Galal Eltahan is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Solutioning for the Middle East and Africa at DXC Technology since April 2025. Previously, Galal held various senior roles at Red Sea Global from September 2021 to April 2025, including Senior Director of Digital Transformation & Technology Business Partnership and Group Enterprise Architecture Office. Galal's earlier experience includes serving as a Management Consultant and Program Director for the Smart City Platform at Smart Dubai Government from March 2016 to September 2021, as well as leading IT Infrastructure and Operations at Dubai World Trade Centre from April 2008 to January 2016. Galal began a career in technology at Vodafone as a Data Management Sr. Manager from January 1999 to April 2008. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Zagazig University.
