Ira Katz

Ira Katz is a seasoned Human Resources leader currently serving as the Senior Manager of Employee and Labor Relations at DXC Technology. With vast experience in multi-unit and multi-state environments, Ira has successfully managed employee relations for organizations, directly overseeing HR functions for approximately 3,000 staff across multiple facilities. Prior to this role, Ira held positions as Manager of Employee Relations at CSC and Senior Human Resources Director at Bally Total Fitness, where they developed HR policies and coached management on compliance and employee relations issues. Ira also contributed as a volunteer mediator for the Maryland Commission on Human Relations and possesses advanced degrees in psychology along with various HR certifications.
