Jim Restivo

Jim Restivo serves as the Vice President of Insurance Product Engineering at DXC Technology, leading the largest software development organization in the insurance industry. Previously, Jim held positions such as Chief Technology Officer at Insurance Technologies, where Jim transformed legacy solutions into an integrated SaaS platform, and Interim Chief Technology Officer at Benefit Communications Inc., focusing on modernizing software to meet customer needs. With a robust background in technology leadership, including roles as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at Benefitfocus and at Kenexa before its acquisition by IBM, Jim has consistently driven innovation and digital transformation across various sectors. Jim’s career also includes founding and leading Blue Angel Technologies, holding the position of Vice President of Development at Vertex Inc., and co-founding ADDAX Inc. Jim possesses advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University.
