Radosław Wojewoda

Tomasz Rados is a Project Officer at the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA), focusing on the EU4Health programme, with a commitment to enhancing European healthcare resilience post-COVID-19. Previously, Rados served as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), managing initiatives in SME support and innovation ecosystems. Experience also includes roles at the European Commission, where Rados contributed to structural reforms as a Project Assistant and Financial Correspondent, as well as serving as a Directorate Assistant at the European Defence Agency and coordinating crisis management at the European External Action Service. Rados has a background in academia, having lectured at Uczelnia Korczaka, and has leadership experience as President of Network PL, promoting Polish professionals in international organizations. Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
